By accessing and using any part of this site, the visitor/customer ("you") agrees with us to be bound by these terms. If you do not accept these terms, you may not use this site or access or display any of the information made available to you at this site. UK customer's statutory rights are not affected by any of these terms.

We do not accept any liability for any website not under our control, which may act as a portal to our site or be connected by a link with our site or that we connect by a link to.

Right of Refusal:

We reserve the right to refuse the supply of goods and services at our discretion. Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the dispatch to you of the Products ordered, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order, or you have cancelled it in accordance with the instructions in " Cancellation of Orders." Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:
a. The product you ordered being unavailable from stock
b. Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment
c. The identification of a pricing or product description error
d. Your failure to meet the eligibility to order criteria set out in the main Terms and Conditions

Unlawful Provision:

If any provision of these terms and conditions shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable then that provision shall be excluded and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining terms and conditions

Offer and acceptance:

A binding contract is formed between you and us when you receive confirmation from us by e-mail, telephone or other agreed means that your order has been accepted.

Cancellation of orders under UK law:

Under the UK Distance Selling Regulations and EU law you have a right to cancel your order for any item purchased on this website within 7 days of receiving your goods and for a full refund providing you take reasonable care of the goods whilst they are in your possession and return the goods by UK Royal Mail or a postal service agreed by us. You the consumer is responsible for the cost in returning any unwanted items. To cancel you can email us, telephone or write to us within seven days of delivery of your items, quoting your order number. Items must be returned in good condition in the packaging which they were received in together with a copy of the reciept enclosed with the goods.

Full refund will be made against the credit card or paypay account on which the items were purchased once the items have been received by us.

Update of part by Manufacture:

From time to time manufacturer's may update or change the design of the part supplied without prior notice, this is due to their continued improvement to quality and may mean the part supplied is not exactly as displayed here but is the correct and current part.

Prices:

The price you pay is the price displayed on this website at the time we receive your order apart from the following exception. While we try and ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

Our prices are in Great Britain Pounds Sterling.

We accept on-line payment with all the major credit and debit cards,
including Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Switch.We also accept all credit and debit cards carrying the Mastercard or Visa logos.

Payments are also accepted by Paypal.

We will take all reasonable precautions to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but, unless we are negligent, we cannot be held liable for any losses caused as a result of unauthorised access to information provided by you.

Ordering:

All prices are shown in £ Sterling and are inclusive of VAT, Payment of goods is only accepted in Pound Sterling

Goods are subject to availability:

In the event that we are unable to supply the goods or services, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. A full refund will be given where you have already paid for the goods or services.

Spare Parts Delivery:

We will dispatch items same or next day where parts are in stock and within 2 working days for parts ordered in from receipt of your order. All deliveries are subject to payment authorisation. If an item is temporarily out of stock and despatch is anticipated to be greater than 5 days, we will contact you by e-mail or telephone If this is not satisfactory to you, we will offer you a refund

Delivery from receipt of your special order parts:

Please also note that the delivery address should be the one to which the credit card payment is billed. This is protection against fraud, for the benefit of the both you as our customer and for OvenElements4u. We endeavour to deliver within 10 working days from receipt of your order. All deliveries are subject to payment authorisation. If an item is temporarily out of stock and despatch is anticipated to be greater than 30 days, we will contact you by e-mail or telephone to arrange a new delivery date. If this is not satisfactory to you, we will offer you a refund. All goods must be signed for by an adult aged 18 years or over on delivery

If goods are delivered damaged or faulty:

Please examine the goods on delivery in case they are damaged or faulty. If you inform us within a reasonable of delivery that the goods are delivered damaged or faulty we will refund return postage and replacement at our expense.

Images on our website may not show the actual size of items. All sizes, colours and measurements are approximate but we do try to make sure that they are as accurate as possible. On the rare occasion that there is an error, we will advise you about it as soon as possible.

Sometimes our product specifications may change, in which case we will do our best to offer you a substitute of the same or better quality at the same price. If you are not happy with the replacement you can return it in accordance with our money back guarantee.
