Spare Part Ordering
We hope with our description and pictures that you will find the parts you require but there are many parts that are available that are not yet on our web pages but can be ordered by email or phone. When ordering spare parts you will need to know the details of your machine to obtain the right parts. This being the case manufacture's do not always make it easy to find this infomation on an appliance, also some maufacture's change the product specifications still using the same Model No and then the change in parts can only be confirmed by the need to quote Serial Numbers or Product Numbers while others use an E/Nr number system
The more infomation you can provide ensure's that we quickly identify and obtain the correct parts required. The illustrations provided on this site are for your guidance only, we endeavour to keep them as accurate as possible, but because of continual modifications and changes to specifications, some parts may be different from the original.
Update of part by Manufacture:
From time to time manufacturer's may update or change the design of the part supplied without prior notice, this is due to their continued improvement to quality and may mean the part supplied is not exactly as displayed here but is the correct and current part.
Make a note of the appliance numbers on your instuction book when buying an appliance, particularly if its a built in appliance, It wiil most likley come in very handy later in the life of the appliance, when the label goes missing or gets rubbed off
Searching for Parts:
Use the product search box to enter the details of the appliance or spare parts you require ie: if you are looking for a Element for your Aeg cooker enter "aeg element" this will find all the aeg elements we list on our web site, or if you know your Model No enter this followed by "element" and this will find the element for your model.
Model Numbers:
Cookers:
Mostly round the front edge of the oven box or the side of the door Some makes have it on the inside of the glass oven door while most of the free standing older cookers it will be on the back at the top
Most likley on the inside of the door either facing you on the door recess or on the inside rim of the door, and also on the inside of filter cover. Some older machine also it will be on the back ?
Dishwashers:
Will most often be on the inside of the door stamped in top staineless steel panel or on label or sticker down either side
These will again be on the inside of the door or for more older models will be on the back
Cylinder cleaners will have a plate underneath while most upright cleaners will have a plate low down on the back
Spare Parts Delivery:
We will dispatch items same or next day where parts are in stock and within 2 working days for parts ordered in from receipt of your order. All deliveries are subject to payment authorisation. If an item is temporarily out of stock and despatch is anticipated to be greater than 5 days, we will contact you by e-mail or telephone If this is not satisfactory to you,
we will offer you a refund.
Shipping Discrepancies:
Shipping discrepancies or errors in delivery must be notified within 5 days of receipt
Return of Spare Parts that are delivered damaged:
Please examine the goods on delivery in case they are damaged. if you inform us within 7 days of delivery that the goods are delivered damaged we will refund return postage and replacement at our expense.
Return of Spare Parts that are found to be faulty:
All parts returned found to be non-defective will be subject to a 30% restocking charge Spare parts will have six month guarantee against failure in normal domestic use, Spare parts misused or that have been inappropriately fitted will not be excepted for refund, Opened products that include electrical or electronic components returned will subject to through check and electrical or electronic parts that have been fitted will not be considered for a refund if damage to the electrical or electronic components has occurred
Our Stock Lines and most spares parts shown our web site not required but supplied as per order will be accepted for return within 30 days of the original invoice date but will be subject to a 30% restocking charge Goods must be returned in there original product packaging unopened.Specially Ordered Parts direct from manufactures for which you will have notified before delivey will not be accepted for return Please include a copy of your original invoice or packing slip. Do not mark or apply labels directly to any product or product packaging.
